Dementia-Friendly Communities

Do you have dementia or do you care for someone with dementia?

Come to our first ‘Memory Café’ at Wyndham Street Diner on  Thursday 17th November from 12pm – 2pm.

We’ll have a short presentation from the Alzheimers association – Dementia Friends – team and there’ll be an opportunity to find out more about what support is available for older people with dementia.  You will also be able to make suggestions about what you think is needed to help make Butetown, Riverside and Grangetown a dementia friendly community.
