Grangetown Hub

Memory Café: Grangetown Hub

Do you find yourself unable to remember day-to-day events?

Are you worried that someone you care for is losing their memory?

Get a better understanding of dementia at the Grangetown Hub Memory Café from 10am – 12pm.

It will be a great opportunity to ask questions, discuss issues and concerns with the Alzheimers Society ‘Dementia Friends.’

Stay for a cuppa and some arts and crafts!  All welcome.

Art and Storytelling – Grangetown

We all live side by side but we come from different corners of the world with unique stories of our own.

Whether you’ve lived here all your life or recently moved to Grangetown as an asylum seeker or refugee, come and be part of this beautiful arts project that turns our personal stories into illustrated, handmade books.   We will be working with write Eric Ngalle Charles, and visual artist Andrea Heath.

All the sessions are free.

Art and Storytelling

Celebrate diversity – art and storytelling workshops with writer Eric Ngalle Charles, and visual artist Andrea Heath.  Whether you’ve lived here all your life or newly arrived as an asylum seekers or refugee, all welcome to share you story and turn it into an illustrated book.

Weekly workshops from October – January 2017 in Butetown, Grangetown and Splott
